Maggie has worked hard all summer at becoming a better swimmer. She's so comfortable in the water now and jumps in the pool before Mom and Dad are even ready.

Visit from Gigi

Maggie had a visit from her Gigi this week. Gigi came in from Canada to spend a week in Denver. Maggie got to show her some of her favorite places (and toys) and go swimming with Gigi. It was a great trip!

Pikes Peak- Elevation 14,115

Maggie (and Mom) summited their first 14-er this weekend. Although, we took a train from Manitou Springs to the top of Pikes Peak.

Garden of the Gods

Maggie started off the hike with her Vera Bradley purse in tow.

Quickly, she decided to ditch the purse to do some climbing with dad.

Friend's Bowling Birthday Party

Maggie was so excited for her friend's birthday party. She loved shopping for a gift for her (she spent a long time picking out the perfect princess gift). She was excited to shower and dress up for the party. It was her first time getting to bowl. After a little hesitation with the shoes, she ended up loving how they felt and sounded on the floor (even when they were 3 sizes too big).

She predicted how many pins she'd knock over each time she was rolling the ball. Then she'd count the pins.

Maggie was so excited to spend time with the birthday girl. She followed her everywhere. (The birthday girl is 1.5 years older than Maggie, but is so sweet and enjoys playing with her).
