Aunt Casey's Baby Shower

While we were in Illinois, we were able to go to Peoria for Aunt Casey's baby shower.  Maggie was disappointed that the baby wasn't going to be there for the shower :) She had a great time playing with Isabella at the party.

Aunt Emily's Graduation from Elmhurst

We went back to Illinois at the end of May for Aunt Emily's college graduation.  Maggie loved getting to see everyone!  She especially loved putting her feet in the soft Illinois grass!

End of the Year

Maggie finished up her year at Early Excellence and with Pilar (and her family).  Maggie will be in pre-school in the fall.  Wrapping up the end of the year was hard... mostly for mom!

Crawfish Boil

 Once again, Maggie loved helping clean the crawfish for the boil.  This year she wanted to be brave and try to hold it too!

Rockies Game

 Dad nominated a student for a scholarship and part of winning the award meant that she would be given the scholarship on the field before a Rockies game.  Dad took Maggie onto the field too!!

Chuck E Cheese

 Maggie has struggled to sleep in her own room for as long as we can remember.  We decided to create a sticker chart (yep, mom is definitely a teacher) for her to earn a reward after sleeping in her room for 25 nights.  She picked going to Chuck E Cheese.  We have no idea where she got the idea because she's never been there before.  As we got closer to the event, she was getting more and more excited.  Maggie was so excited the night that she finally got to go.  She loved riding the rides more than playing the games.  And most importantly it hasn't been a battle to get her to sleep in her room anymore!

Easter

 Once again, we had an Easter Egg hunt in the yard.  This year, we decided to build an obstacle course in the yard that the adults enjoyed too :)
