It's been so great to be home. It's definitely been an adjustment to not have nurses helping out- but we've been so lucky to have our families here to help. Maggie's first night home she cried for a while, however about half way through the night she fell asleep and slept for 3 hours! (Very quickly 3 hours already seems like a lot of sleep to us). Last night (her second night home) she slept between 3 and 4 hours between each feeding. After she'd eat, she'd smile and coo for a little while then be ready for bed again. It was wonderful! We are continuing to fall more in love with her and can't wait to introduce her to everyone. We are anxiously awaiting coming to Illinois for Christmas!
There was a breif period when the nurses thought that Maggie might have jaundice, so we need to do some sunbathing with her to help out. Grandma Grant got her some sunglasses so she was ready for the sun!
